Crime Scene Cleanup With a Twister: Serial Cleaner Unlocks Moustache-Fueled Antics

by Isaac Jan 21,2025

Serial Cleaner, the quirky crime-scene cleanup puzzler, is making a comeback! Remember the 2019 release? This time, it's heading back to mobile, but will it be a refined re-release or simply a modernized port? Time will tell.

The game plunges you into the gritty (yet goofy) 1970s, a decade seemingly defined by urban decay, stylish street gangs, airborne turkeys, and killer sharks (at least according to cinema). A Fresh Coat of Paint?

Pre-registration is open, with a February 11th, 2025 release date. However, the extent of the improvements remains unclear. Given the mixed reception of the original, a significant polish would be welcome, though that might be overly optimistic.

The core concept of Serial Cleaner is undeniably captivating, but a simple mobile re-release dampens the excitement slightly. Nevertheless, Android users who missed out, or those experiencing compatibility issues with older iOS versions, might consider this an early gift.
