Hearthstone Is Releasing Its Next Expansion, The Emerald Dream, Soon

The Emerald Dream expansion is set to launch in Hearthstone on March 25th, introducing a magical yet perilously twisted realm with 145 new cards, innovative mechanics, and legendary Wild Gods. This expansion delves into Ysera's tranquil domain, the epicenter of Nature magic, which now faces a dire threat. Players have the choice to either safeguard its beauty or succumb to the ensuing chaos.

What’s Happening in This Expansion?

The heart of the expansion is the new keyword, Imbue, which enhances gameplay for Druids, Hunters, Mages, Paladins, Priests, and Shamans. When you play an Imbue card for the first time, your Hero Power evolves into a more potent version specific to your class. Subsequent uses of Imbue cards further amplify your Hero Power. For instance, Hunters benefit from the Blessing of the Wolf, while other classes outside the chosen six won't experience any effects from Imbue.

On the other hand, if you're drawn to the darker side, the Old Gods offer the Dark Gifts keyword, appealing to Death Knights, Demon Hunters, Rogues, Warlocks, and Warriors. These sinister enhancements integrate with Discover options, allowing you to conjure nightmare-fueled minions that can unleash chaos. The Emerald Dream expansion features 10 different Dark Gifts.

The expansion also introduces The Wild Gods, legendary minions representing colossal forces of nature. Each class has its own Wild God to rally behind, with some already corrupted, creating a dynamic between those defending the Dream and those intent on plunging it into a Nightmare.

With a plethora of new features and cards, The Emerald Dream expansion is set to enrich the Hearthstone experience. Mark your calendars for March 25th and prepare by downloading the game from the Google Play Store.
