Kuro Games has exciting news for fans of Wuthering Waves, as the upcoming Version 2.1 update, titled "Waves Sing, and the Cerulean Bird Calls," is slated to launch soon. This update is packed with new content, including two new five-star Resonators, Phoebe and Brant, each bringing unique combat styles to the game. Alongside them, new weapons such as the five-star Luminous Hymn and Unflickering Valor, and the four-star Ocean's Gift, obtainable through a fishing-themed event on the Riccioli Islands, will be introduced.
For explorers, Version 2.1 opens up two new areas: Vault Underground and the Riccioli Islands. The Vault, hidden beneath the Sea of Clouds, serves as a secure storage zone, whereas the Riccioli Islands showcase traditions from Rinascita's past, offering a stark contrast to the structured order of Ragunna City. These new regions expand the game's world, providing fresh stories and challenges.
Delving into the lore, the update includes new stories like Brant's Companion Story, "Sail Day, Captain!", which sheds light on his past, and the "Silent as a Falling Leaf" Exploration Quest, which deepens the mysteries of Ragunna. Players will also encounter new Echoes, such as "Rage Against the Statue" and "Aero Prism," adding to the game's challenges.
The update also features several limited-time events. "Old Man and the Whale" invites players to set sail in pursuit of rare fish, while "Apex Ragunna" coincides with the Carnevale festival, unlocking new areas in the Water City. These events provide ample opportunities to gather resources, much like our Wuthering Waves codes which offer numerous freebies.
For those focused on combat, "Tactical Simulacra III" and "Infinite Battle Simulation II" introduce structured challenges, while the "Whimpering Wastes" offers a permanent high-difficulty combat zone.
Mark your calendars, as Wuthering Waves Version 2.1 is set to release on February 13th. For more details, be sure to visit the official website.
