You can acquire Wild-Caught Fried Shrimp in two ways: by purchasing it from merchants or by catching it yourself while swimming in Alola Beach, Honolulu.
Merchants Selling Wild-Caught Fried Shrimp
The quickest method is to purchase it from Grayson’s Weapons at Sea or Nolan’s Boat (locations shown on the map above). These merchants only appear after you've explored the nearby ocean areas. You only need one shrimp, and each costs a mere $1.60.
Catching Shrimp While Swimming
Swimming in Alola Beach offers a free alternative. Simply swim to fish silhouettes and press the "Catch" prompt. However, Wild-Caught Fried Shrimp are relatively rare (we caught four after about 50 attempts). Buying from a merchant is generally more efficient.
